3.3 If you believe your account security has been compromised, you may request an emergency account freeze through the support team. pantas88 will action such requests as promptly as possible but does not guarantee prevention of any loss that occurs before the freeze is implemented.
3.4 Account holders must ensure that all contact details and payment information on file remain current and accurate. Changes must be updated promptly through the account settings panel.
4.1 All transactions on the pantas88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). pantas88 does not facilitate transactions in foreign currencies from player accounts.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include FPX (supporting Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks), DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Deposits made via FPX and supported eWallets are generally credited to player accounts instantly. pantas88 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's systems.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing time for DuitNow withdrawals is 8 to 15 minutes from the time the request is approved. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
4.5 pantas88 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Players may be required to provide identification documents including a copy of their MyKad or passport. 5.5 Any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms, engaging in low-risk or arbitrage wagering patterns solely to meet wagering requirements, or otherwise acting in a manner that pantas88 reasonably determines to be bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their account suspended.
6.1 All casino games offered on the pantas88 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology where applicable, or are provided by live dealer studios operating under independent certification. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. pantas88 is not responsible for bets placed in error. Players are advised to review all wager details before confirming placement.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — pantas88 will apply its technical failure policy, which may result in the round being voided and stakes returned. pantas88's determination in such cases is final.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.1 pantas88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
11.2 Upon legitimate account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.
11.3 Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
